Isn’t It A Good Time To Rehire The Britex?

Brief:
Produce a fully realised strategic campaign aimed at retargeting customers who last hired a Britex 3in1 Machine 12 months ago. With hiring data coming through from a variety of manual sources including Bunnings, Coles and Woolworths hire form completions, we needed to find a system to help keep things organised and aligned with our email database. Creatively, we needed something to really emphasise the accumulation of a year’s worth of mess that needs to be cleaned up thanks to Britex.
Outcome:
Starting with a key hero video cycling through various stock assets used across the year, paired with an on-trend piece of audio and creative headline, we update the client’s website monthly refreshing the landing page banner to reflect the new video. Each month we use MMS communications to reach customers with an amended version of our ad and have swapped to the Klaviyo CRM platform to better streamline the management of customer data. Open rates are strong, click-throughs too, and rehires are positively trending as a result of the campaign.
